A little food for thought that really goes to show none of us really want the answer to What is the current state of obesity in America? to be true. The problem is, until we face up to the reality that is looking out from the mirrors in so many bedrooms all around the world, we can’t fix things. The first step is getting the knowledge and the next step is attacking the problem. You won’t believe your eyes when you see the actual numbers.
